We messed it up? We fix it. Free.
Print off-centre, cracked, wrong design, wrong size from what you ordered, garment arrived beat up — that's on us. Email within 30 days of delivery with a photo and a replacement is on the way, no charge. Keep the original; frame it, rag it, whatever. You don't ship anything back.
Wrong size? We'll swap it.
If it fits like a tarp or a tourniquet, we'll exchange it for another size within 30 days — unworn and unwashed. Shipping both ways is yours. The size guide exists so this never comes up. Trust the size guide.
Changed your mind? That one's forever.
Every piece is printed just for you when you order it — there's no shelf to put it back on. No change-of-mind returns. We'd rather tell you straight up here than bury it in paragraph nine.
Vanished in transit
Tracking says delivered but your porch says otherwise? Stopped moving for over a week? Tell us. We'll file the claim and hunt it down — that's our fight, not yours.
Starting is easy
